We do not guarantee snow conditions, weather conditions, open terrain or number of lifts operating.

● Not redeemable for cash unless required by law.
● Protect this Gift Card like cash.
● Lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards may only be replaced, up to the amount of any remaining funds, with satisfactory proof of purchase and Gift Card number.

● This Gift Card carries no implied warranties and is not a credit card or debit card.

● This Gift Card cannot be used for wedding contracts or during weddings or any privately contracted events.
● This Gift Card can only be used for purchases on location at Homewood Mountain Resort or at the West Shore Café & Inn.
